Satheesh Srinivasa is First Generation Entrepreneur has been in the IT industry since 17 years, prior to completion of graduation Satheesh had worked in Computer Training Institute during College holidays and free time. After completing Graduation in Computer Science in Bangalore, India in year 1991, established and spearheaded firms in Software Development, IT Enabled Services and Software Training. In year 2000 jointly found Quest Informatics Private Limited.

Satheesh has handled several roles in operations, business & administrations in Quest Informatics, currently Satheesh heads Business Development, Finance and Accounts, Human Resources and Administration.

He has initiated several Quality initiatives & Best practices, Quest Informatics is successfully completed 4 years as ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company and CMMi assessment is under progress. 

He is Certified Lead Auditor under ISO 9001:2000.

Under his leadership, Quest has been awarded Best Supplier by a Fortune 500 Global Leader based in USA.

Under him Quest Informatics is active member of FICCI, BCIC, EUCC, NASSCOM and Development Partner with Microsoft.

He has successfully established Sales and Marketing tie-ups in UK, Sweden & USA.

He has over last 10 years established strong Domain knowledge in several industry businesses more so in Inventory, SCMS (Supply Chain Management), DMS (Dealer Management System), Hotel Management System and Logistics.

In one of Software Projects he is part of Customer Project Team and his activity involves in writing Business Processes and procedures and also creating High level business documents for Quest Informatics.

He being a Quick learner has also built strong business knowledge in After Market Product support in BPO-Engineering space.

He has obtained several certificates in proprietary processes and systems of Customers.

Under his leadership, Quest has been awarded Best Supplier by a Fortune 500 Global Leader based in USA.

He has developed strong processes and systems complementing ISO 9001:2000 and CMMi processes.

Rudresh believes in “Strong Customer relationships”, “Customer is always right”, “Do it yourself”, “Driving from front”, and “nothing is impossible”.

Rudresh believes business comes from existing customers and rigorously works with customers to achieve excellent customer relationships and strong trust leading to repetitive business.
