Dealer Management System (DMS)

• DMS helps Automobile companies to streamline their Product Sales, Parts Inventory Management and Service Support activities with their Dealership Network.

• DMS is Web solutions, where the Microsoft servers are setup at the Company, the Dealer user login to DMS and transact using Leased lines, Internet.

• DMS is robust it can work as partly Web enabled and partly Client-Server architecture based on the connectivity availability in the location concerned.

• DMS provides extensive MIS reports for planning, execution, usage and analysis of the product sales, product support and maintenance for both Company and the Dealership.

• Helps dealership to handle online warranty claims, Parts ordering, Service support from company seamlessly and efficiently.

• DMS helps Company and Dealer to cutting cost in communication, follow-ups calls, Quick customer request/problem addressed and become more customer friendly.
