Senior Technical Helpdesk Engineer


Job Location
PUNE-Maharashtra - India.

Education Qualification and Work Experience:
  • Candidate should hold Bachelor of Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering
  • Candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience extensively working in Automobile Dealership or Spare Parts Division.
  • Plus, in addition to this the candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years in Technical Helpdesk or Technical Support over mail and phone in an Automobile Sector.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Kannada and Telugu is mandatory. Any additional languages would be an added advantage.

Education Qualification and Work Experience:
  • Candidate should be having a fair knowledge about operations of automobile components (in particular Heavy Duty and Medium Duty Trucks and Buses).
  • Candidate should have a basic understanding on the key concepts like parts serviceability, vehicle serviceability, Warranty analysis, vehicle analysis & troubleshooting, vehicle maintenance, Customer interaction, Dealership management, Customer service center, etc.
  • Candidate should be willing to work in shifts and share the burden of fellow team members’ work in order to meet deadlines and urgencies.
  • Candidate should be proactive, enthusiastic at the workplace. Should be willing to learn and adapt to processes, technology, systems.
  • Candidate should be result oriented and self-driven to reach objectives set. Should be solely responsible for his/her own tasks.
